Terms of Sales
1. Object
These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) define the conditions under which Stephanie Malapel - Om NATURA, self-employed under the SIRET number 950 762 697 00019, offers her yoga classes and courses for sale, in accordance with article L441- 6 of the Commercial Code.
2. Price
The prices of yoga classes and workshops are indicated on the Om NATURA website and are expressed in euros excluding taxes (HT). The prices comply with the provisions of article L112-1 of the Consumer Code.
3. Orders
Orders can be placed online via the website. Payment is made by check or bank transfer, in accordance with article L441-9 of the Commercial Code.
4. Delivery
Yoga classes and workshops will be delivered in accordance with the information provided on the website, in accordance with article L216-1 of the Consumer Code.
5. Cancellation and Refund
The cancellation and refund conditions are detailed on the website, in accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, consumers have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the reservation date to exercise their right of withdrawal.
7. Liability
In accordance with article 1240 of the Civil Code, Stephanie Malapel declines all responsibility in the event of injury or damage resulting from the practice of yoga. Participants must be in good physical health to take courses and internships.
8. Protection of Personal Data
Personal data collected as part of orders is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 as amended. You have the right to access, rectify or delete your personal data under Article 17 of the GDPR.
9. Applicable Law
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law, in accordance with article L441-19 of the Commercial Code.
10. Disputes
Any dispute relating to these General Terms and Conditions will be governed by the provisions of article L441-6 of the Commercial Code and article 1240 of the Civil Code. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to reach an amicable solution. Failing this, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts under article R631-3 of the Consumer Code.
